Shipping policy

The estimated time provided for shipping is indicative as we deliver products through our delivery partners/logistics partners Pickkr, Shiprocket, Delhivery, Xpressbees , Ecom, Ekart etc. We are not liable for delays as they depend on the shipping partner and are beyond our control.

The delivery of the product might get delayed in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. However, the Seller shall not be liable for any delay as the time for delivery/shipping depends upon factors such as location, availability as well as on the third party delivery partners, etc.


We shall not be liable for any issues with respect to the delivery of the product such as delays, tampered product, theft or product missing in transit.


We shall not be liable for any uncertain event beyond our control [such as lockdown due to pandemic, earthquakes, explosion, transport vehicle containing items/goods colliding or overturning, loading and unloading of goods, accidental or impact damage, etc.]. 


If a User refuses to accept an order after it has been dispatched/shipped/or put in transit, the product(s) will be processed as return, cancellation for such products is possible only before shipping.


We shall not be obligated to refund the price of the product if the User refuses to accept the order at the doorstep for any reason (pre-paid as well as Cash-on-delivery orders). If a re-delivery is required/requested, the User will be charged an additional fee.


The User is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. The shipping cost is non-refundable and depend upon the item returned. In the event that the User fails to pay the shipping cost, the applicable amount will be deducted from the User's refund.
