Refund policy

You have 7 days from delivery to return a scanner for any reason. The window runs from the date the courier records delivery — not from the date you ordered, and not from the date we dispatched.

To be eligible, the unit must be complete and in a condition we can resell: the scanner, the activation code card and the quick start guide, in the original packaging.

Not returnable: gift cards, and downloadable software products.

How to start a return. Email fix@carpm.in or WhatsApp +91 79874 14611 with your order number and what is wrong. A person reads it. There is no return portal and no form to fill in first.

Return shipping is yours. You arrange and pay the courier back to Gurgaon, and that cost is not refundable. Please use a tracked service — a parcel we cannot trace is a claim we cannot action. If we arrange a pickup for you, the cost is deducted from the refund.

Partial refunds apply where a unit comes back with obvious signs of use, damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not our error, or more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds. Once the unit reaches us we inspect it and tell you by email, message or phone whether the refund is approved. An approved refund is processed within 10 working days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few days more to post it; if it has not appeared after that, check with your bank first and then email us.

Warranty and replacements

One year from delivery on manufacturing defects. A faulty unit is replaced, not repaired.

The warranty does not cover physical or electrical damage — a cracked housing, a bent connector, or a unit that has been opened.

To claim, email fix@carpm.in with your order number and what the unit does, and send it to the address above. Your plan moves to the replacement unit, so the app on your phone keeps working.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable Indian law.
